Although almost all players are available for talks (don't ask me about Stamkos, Strome, Andersen, Price, or anyone with under 82 games played, I'm not trading them before the season).

Looking to improve my D core with another Tier 1, Tier 2 defenseman. (God Tier being Karlsson and Burns, but I'm assuming nobody's trading them)
